how to use append file as input file in the same workflow

Hi, I have two files A and B once the data manipulation has done, I append the data into FIle B in the same workflow. So I have used Block until done tool for export the output in the existing file. But I want to use the updated File B for joining with another table. How should I call the latest updated file as input in the same workflow
