Move value to another cell using If statement

Hello guys,

I'm having a problem using the If statement.

This is my sample data.

I want to move the subtotal amount to "REF UL 31/03/20 TR"

My desired output something like this.

Just move the subtotal amount to "REF UL 31/03/20 TR", But I need to use Contains function because "REF UL 31/03/20 TR"  is not fixed. It changes the date.
