Shared Network Location access on Alteryx Server

We have one user having confidential data on shared network folder which needs to be fetched on scheduled alteryx job/ workflow.
But if we get access for our server's SA account on network , will it be able to access all users on gallery?
As of basic understanding we think yes, other user can access that network folder/ path.

So we are just in search of ways in which only particular studio or users can access shared path for running workflows on gallery.

Our team has circumvented this by using the option when they save up to the gallery to make sure that the user has to input their credentials to run the workflow.  The access is not given to the server at all, instead would only be able to be run using the viewer/artisan supplied credentials if they have the individual access to the shared drive.
