Converting milliseconds to minutes and seconds

Does anyone know how to convert milliseconds to minutes and seconds using the formula tool?

Milliseconds are 1/1000th of a second. So:

Minutes = Floor([ms]/1000/60)

Seconds = Mod([ms],1000*60)/1000
