Read-Only Input

Question

Hi,

I am wanting to input a MS access file into a work-flow.  I want to do it as read-only since it updates regularly and the workflow will be on a timer and I can't guarantee that they won't overlap.  Is there an advanced feature to set an input as read only or is there another input function to do read-only?

By default, an input tool is read-only. Essentially, the data is being imported into Designer and held in temporary space. The workflow uses the data that's held in temporary space and never actually updates or manipulates your source file.
