Help with Cross Tab

Hello,

I need help with below data. I am working on creating a data set to compare how a users skill has evolved in a year. My end goal is to have the Round 1 and Round 2 skill values side by side unlike below where round 1 and round 2 is not. I have mocked some data and attached a file.

You will probably have to use a Summarize tool and configure it as shown below

That will bring your data to the desired format, but you will lose the modified date detail. Let me know if that works for you.
