Hi @senzuki123 - If this is a part of one polygon, you need to split the polygon first using the Poly-Split tool. You can split by Regions: Splits regions into its individual component polygons. Each individual polygon becomes its own row in the output. Then you will be able to remove these lines from further analysis.
Hi Kelvin - I would calculate distance and then apply filter to remove these polygons. Here is an example:
