How to copy information from row to another row given specific condition

Hi, Can someone help me or give me an idea on how to create a workflow in Alteryx to copy the information I need from one row to another row.

The following is the raw data I have hand

The data only provide the Lawyer, Company name, hiring manager and email information on one row of each set of data for a person. I want to copy the information to other rows for the same person so that the outcome will looks like the following.

To solve that, you can use the multi-row tool. Since you have multiple columns that you need to do the same process, I'm playing with the cross tab and transpose tool to do that dynamically.
