VLOOKUP function or similar to identify and replace values for two columns

Hi,

I have two data sets surrounding the status of where a 'ticket item' is in a process.

I want the SNow Stage and State values to replace the GSheet Stage and State values, where there is a difference. Workflow is attached.

The GSheetRef and SNowRef values are key identifiers.

Please can someone help or suggest which tools to use? I believe Join and/or FindReplace should do this?

Historically I've done this in Excel with a VLOOKUP formula but I want to start using Alteryx Designer more with a view to start my Core Certification!

Hi @arundaka02 I amended the workflow so it shows if there is a difference between the two columns I left them in the workflow you will need to use a select tool to deselect the columns if you don't need them on wards in your workflow.

I can see you've dropped the GSheet Stage and Status fields and replaced with SNow Stage and Status and renamed using embedded Select. Is there a way I can configure Alteryx to identify the differences between the statuses, too?

The data set will typically contain c200 records, so if there is a way of identifying the difference in statuses before the join, this would be great?
