I need some help. I am trying to rearrange my output. is there any way I can get my output rearranged by showing state name as a column header? I want my output to look like (PIVOT DATA-Copy).

Please use cross tabs as @terry10 suggested. Here is an attempt to arrive at the Pivot output. There is other elegant ways to do it with tables. I will explore them when I have time. This can get you started.
Did you already try the Crosstab tool?
