Good morning, Alteryx community. I imagine the solution to this issue lays with the cross tab but I cannot figure it out.I want to take data like the 2 row in Part I of the attached file and combine and concatenate them into 1 row like in  Part II. Note how there are multiple fields being concatenated. Thanks for any help

You can accomplish that by using the concatenate option from the summarize tool.
