Converting table to flat file (transpose 2 rows header)

Dear community,

Could anyone please suggest how should the workflow look like to perform a conversion from standard table to flat file structure? Please see the simplified example attached.

The problem that I have faced is that I could not find an efficient way how to transpose 2 rows header (highlighted yellow).

Please find attached the excel version of the example.

You need to separate the headers from the dataset in order to accomplish what you need. I'm attaching a suggestion here.
