Chain local app to Gallery App

Question

Dear all,

I currently have a Analytics App on the company Gallery, which outputs an Alteryx DB and an E-Mail to my E-Mail account. I would like to chain a local App on to that. Meaning that once this Gallery App has run successfully it would automatically trigger the local App. Unfortunately it is not possible to upload the other workflow to the gallery as well due to legal restrictions. Any ideas how this could still work out would be much appreciated.

I think without a $erver license on the local machine you will be unable to run workflows in a background process. With a Designer license on the machine, you are limited to running in Designer gui. If you have some good RPA tool you might be able to rig this up. Getting legal permission for specific use might be another option.
