Input Json Rows into Alteryx Workflow

I have a Json rows file (not a valid json document) which I'm having trouble inputting into a workflow. I'm not familiar with Json data and I'm only getting the first record (the 19 rows shown in the preview) and nothing more.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could try to get the rest of the records?

It's still just the same 19 rows. But I think I've made a breakthrough by changing it to a .txt file and inputting that way

I've now got 7 million rows which is more like what I expected. Just need to knock it into shape using RegEx and Text to Columns tools.

In the input tool you always get only a preview.

Use browse tool to view all records.
