I am looking for workflow which can provide me all possible outcomes for given two input values.

Below is the requirement

Input 1		Input 2		Expected Output
Brand Name		Country Name		Opdivo	Englnad
Opdivo		Englnad		Opdivo	Norway
Keytruda		Norway		Opdivo	Spain
		Spain		Opdivo	Germany

You can use an append fields tool like in the attached example. 

Make sure that you are isolating the fields you want to use to create this listing.
