Combining Data Sets

Hi Everyone!

Haven't been able to find an answer to this so far so hoping the community has some insight. I want to combing two data sets together, but I'm not sure how. Let's say the one data set looks like this:

The other data set looks like this:

Ultimately I want the data to look like this:

I'm hoping I'm just overlooking an obvious solution. Thanks in advance for your help!

You'll want to use the append field tool for this,

Jonathan-Sherman. Unfortunately this isn't working for me since my source has more than 16 records so I am losing some of them after the append has run. I imagine there is a way to mitigate this?
