Automated Script for Upgrading Alteryx Designer & Server Versions

Hi Community,

I would like to ask if anyone has a custom deployment script where the IT department can use to automatically upgrade the Alteryx user's Designer & Server versions in their machines, whenever there's a new release (like version 2020.1) ? 

Has anyone done before and if so, would you be able to share the script? I would like to put forth this idea to my IT department.

Yes. You can have your IT department run a command line install to upgrade user's machine's to the latest version of the Alteryx release. To do this, please locate to the link found here.

Your IT department will first need to download the latest version of the Alteryx Designer/Server executable from licenses.alteryx.com .
