Good work. You were very close. Delete the recordID and Group By [Product] and [Divide] in the Multi row. Change the Summarize to count distinct month names and add a group by on RowCount in the Cross tab

It only worked for divide number 2

lets take for number 4 it should be like

INPUT:

output should be
