Hi all,
we are using an Alteryx Server with many Artisans and different divisions/departments using it.
I for myself have just received access to the server and published the first app to it. I already added the app to a collection and now wanted to add two colleagues to allow them to run the workflow in future.
Sadly when trying to add them I receive the following error:
"Full Name" could not be added to the collection. Request failed with status code 403.
Please note that the persons I want to add are registered on Alteryx Server and there names are automatically displayed. I already talked to our IT and they could not find a solution for this yet and had not seen it before.
Do any of you have seen this before? Did you find a solution for it?
