Date Prep - Replace

Hello

I wonder if anyone can help. I need to transform this data to replace records that have have matching entity numbers. If they match then it needs to drop the beneficiary record and keep the Settlor record, keeping the YE equity balance that is greater than 0. However it needs to keep the remaining beneficiary records.
