Microsoft Excel Legacy Output in Gallery

Question

Per attached, I am exporting using an output tool with file format "Microsoft Excel Legacy" and output option set to "Delete Data & Append".  I did this to keep excel format and also get rid of the old data present.  This works until I try to schedule it in the gallery.  The error attached shows, "Error opening connect string: Can't create Data Source Object (Tool Id: 209)".  Could anyone help me on why this isn't working?  Can the gallery not output to legacy files?  If so is there any way to output multiple sheets to a template and keep the excel format?  Output gets run weekly so a blank excel template wouldn't really work.

Would you please investigate which version of the Microsoft Access Database Redistributable you have installed on the server.  In my experience, it only works with the 2010 32-bit version.  If you find something different, please reply back.

Should be noted that the workflow only errors when ran from the gallery.  There are no issues when run from my computer. @joshuaburkhow
