Append based on match

Hi,

I have a set of data that contains information in a given row and I have that data separated in a different stream. I need to append to all rows until there is another data point in that column and then repeat the same. Does anyone have any ideas?

It seems that what you are looking for is the append tool but not sure if there is something specific you want to do.

Could you please illustrate it with an example?
