Multiple transpose of linked categories

I have data arranged across columns and I am trying to consolidate these columns into single categories with the data in rows.

In the example data here I would like to consolidate Colour 1 and Colour 2 into one column - Colour, and Specific Colour 1 and Specific Colour 2 into one column, Specific Colour. I can't work out how transpose Specific Colour while keeping the link to Colour.

Any help much appreciated.
