Need to pass a common message in Gallery collections

Hi Team,

We are facing a major issue with our business. Due to some data issue, our all reports on gallery has been crashed.

Please provide you quick help on this.

Requirement

* For each collection, we want to show a text message like "Reports are down due to service maintenance"

* Or in each workflow, how we can make a text file as output with above message. Although, this will take time to make modifications in all workflows

Hello @Vikas038 

I would recommend you to edit manually the colletion names and let that way the people know that you are currently in manteinance.

If you want also to add it on each workflow you would need to go to the interface designer (cntrl + alt + d) and there input the message you want to be shown. After that you would need to upload it again.
