How do I create an Org Structure chart and attach it to my workflow?

If you dont knwo anything about R tools then I don't recommend you using them.
Before doing anything for you on the workflow I would first need to know if you have the R package insalled. If not, you wouldn't be able to run whatever I would create.

@afv2688 Hi thanks for the reply. Would love it if you could send a simple organization structure chart with One head, two departments and 3 Sub departments. I'm new to the reporting tools and hence don't understand it.
On the other hand if you would like to create something like a 'SmartArt' in office I dont recommend it, given that the approach involves using a table tool and using it as a template, introducing forms in every cell and knowing beforehand really well the layout you would like.
