So our company is a new uptake to Alteryx. We've only been utilizing it for a year. I just joined recently, both the company and the awesome tool that is Alteryx. We also are a company with short attention spans. Seems there is a worry that at some point down the line our number of accounts or even the usage overall could be fleeting.
I personally see a huge ROI and immediate management does as well, but I'm sure plenty of you are aware, it may be deemed otherwise by someone else higher up the food chain.
I currently have all my workflows running from our alteryx server and keep weekly backup to a shared drive elsewhere so if there is an outage in server then someone can at least run the workflows.
My question in terms of future proofing all this work I am accomplishing is can I get an export of the logic behind each workflow? Beyond manually writing up each workflow in documentation (who wants to do that?)
Is there a way I can export each workflows module, the formulas/criteria and etc in a text document?
