Error "file is locked" by loading unlocked SPSS files

Hi,

I have an issue with loading SPSS files in Alteryx Version 2019.4.6. Alteryx throws the error below, when I try to input an SPSS file, but the file isn’t locked or opened. By loading other file formats the error doesn’t appear.

Error: Input Data (1): Error opening input file: (file is locked)

Does anybody have a suggestion?

Hi,

I have still problems loading SPSS files in Alteryx Designer. I've removed the cache and reinstalled Alteryx and SPSS.

Is there anything I can do to solve the problem?

File lock might happen due to cache memory. Close all applications and remove the cache.

I hope that will get resolved.

I removed the cache, but unfortunately the error still appears.
