Duplicate Rows with a specific value

Question

I have rows of data that may need some duplicated. There is a label field that has a number 1, 2, 3, etc. Depending on the number in that field, I need that number of rows for that data.

The attached sheet shows the original data that I have and the other tab is how I need the output.
