Row contents count

I am working with data on Alteryx and I have hit a roadblock.

I have a list of assets and I have fields with various keywords. The "X" tags the asset descriptions that contain specific keywords of interest.

What I am looking to do at the end is to have a field for the count of "X" tags for each individual asset.

How would I go about this?

I would recommend Transposing your data first! This will allow you to keep this solution for as many fields as you want going forward. Then, just filter out the empty ones, count the ones left, then join this back with your original data set.
