Alteryx Server Usage Missing Data

Hey server peeps,

I have recently run the server usage report on our test server and there is years of data missing! There used to be 100,000's of record in the report now there is less than 50,000.

I did recently go through and delete loads of workflows but I would have thought that the data in the mongo db would have remained. I'm trying to get all of the job data for these workflows.

Any suggestions as to why I'm missing so much data?

How did you delete the workflows? Also, what is your persistence setting when it comes to job results?

I'd also check whether you're getting these results from the relevant Mongo collections - open the server usage macro and check the output of the below
