Delete data in specified fields

Hi,

I am very new to Alteryx.  I was wondering if there is a way to delete the DATA from selected fields.  Example, table 1 has 20 fields, I want to delete the data out of 15 of them while still keeping the field names (headers).

You can easily accomplish this with a Multi-Field Formula tool.  See attached.
