Duplicate tools in tool palette

Hello,

I've just installed latest version of Designer (2019.3) and for some reason I've got duplicate tools in the predictive tool palette. I tried to un-install all of my previous R/alteryx packages and re-install the latest version only, but this didn't resolve the issue. I'm not sure if I'm missing something in the installation process.

Also when I first open Designer, I get an exception like the image below.

Any advise on possible fixes? Thanks!

Hey Karam,

The error message I also get incidentally. Also on shutdown by the way. I think they're unrelated to your other problem.

Are the tool directories subdirectories of the directories you set for Macro's? That could potentially be the issue.
