Running Total Recalculation

Question

Hi,

I would like to recalculate: 1. get the running balance for activities; 2. to recalculate the ending balance by adding beginning and activities for each group (A, B C...). I was using summarize tool but the accounts would not align as the original data.

Example workflow attached! The stream at the bottom is for creating the Output Recalculation column and the Record ID tool up front is used as the field that I join it back to the original data set on.

@vvei Here's a screenshot of the workflow. I also went ahead and added a check if the beginning balance and Running Total matches up with the ending balance.
