Pivot table

Hi All,

Attaching an example excel data and the table. I need the data to be converted to the format of the table can some one please help I tired one by with all the values I have to built several workflows for each LOB.

I have built a workflow to replicate what you are after:

I created a new field with was the month number and month name, this helps order the fields in the Cross tab to be chronological.

This will work. One more small doubt. will I be able to get for eg. 2018 car value and the 2019 car value below each other
