How to duplicate specific rows within a table?

Hello,

I have a table in alteryx which looks like so:

CountryTargetCategoryAmerica and Canada704China and Taiwan504Australia and New Zealand204France and Germany354

I want to concatenate the Country field and create new rows so that the table now looks like below:

Note that the values in Target and Category will remain the same.

CountryTargetCategoryAmerica704Canada704China504Taiwan504Australia204New Zealand204France354Germany354

Any idea how I can do it? It seems so simple but I can't figure it out.

Formula  and  'text to cols'  tools can get expected results .
