2019.2 and Designer licensing issues

In 2019.2, new license activations were treated as case sensitive and we were told that upgrading from 2019.1 to 2019.2 could cause issues with Designer users who registered with mixed case email addresses. Due to this, we have not upgraded yet. Has anyone experienced any licensing issues with Designer after upgrading to 2019.2?

Working across many different customers here in my role, I haven't personally had any that have reached out to me with this issue in upgrading to 2019.2.

We also release a stable update on 5th September which fixed the licensing issue, so you should be fine to update to 2019.2.10
