Multiply then create new row

Hi,

I am new to Alteryx and have the following scenario I would like to automate using Alteryx:

Anything marked as Other in "Task" column, "Hours spend" need to be split according % in the second table (Marketing, IT and Sales) and then create a new row for each new record

Any suggestion on how to achieve this? Thanks in advance.
