Top 10 in Group for Multi-Grouped data set

Question

I have a large excel file that contains nine columns of data.  Seven of the nine columns have selections or dimensions.  One of the nine columns has customer’s name.  The last column has the metric or ratio.  For simplicity, assume the seven dimension columns each have two selections.  This makes 128 different combinations of selections among the seven columns.

I am looking for Alteryx to return only the top 10 ratios with associated customer names for each of the 128 combinations.

What tools in Alteryx would allow me to do this?

The data in my sample is grouped but in my actual file it is not grouped.

I was able to accomplish what I needed by adding a column and ranking my data.  I then filtered to only return the ranks that I wanted.
