Appending digits after decimal

I have a following digits and would like to use a regex to convert to the following , can some one point me in the right direction.

Current State	Desired State
12.02	12.02999
1.564	1.56499
0.3	0.3999
0.5896	0.58969
0.99999	0.99999

Attached is an example that uses both RegEx and a Formula tool expression to pad out 9's in the decimal.

I believe this works even with whole numbers (no decimal).
