Shared Private Studio - Collections not shared

Hi,

In my team we have a shared Private Studio, but each team member can only share to the Collections they created themselves, rather than all team members having access to share to Collections.

Am I missing something in the settings that would allow all team members to share workflows to the same collection?

Could you please confirm what version of Alteryx you're running on the server? 

In order to allow other people to share content within a collection (which has been introduced in v2019.1), the other users will need to be made admins of the collection.
