Take time to rest your brain.
Take the long way back from lunch.
Take a moment to sit & give yourself 5 mins w/o looking at your phone.
These are YOUR people. Sit at a table and ask what the their current favorite tool is.
Make a list of what you want to solve. It's easy to get overwhelmed and forget some of the key reasons why you are there.
