Workflow App in QUEUED status

Question

We have a workflow app that is published to gallery for users to run when needed.

Our servers set up is set to run 3 workflow on the Main and 3+ on the Secondary.

When a workflow app is forced to run on the Main it runs successfully.  But when forced to run on the Secondary.

It stays in Queued status even though there are not other workflow running.  Any feedback that would cause this, or resolve this issue?

I would open a case with our Support team. Please provide them with your Alteryx Server logs.

Hi Samuel-

Our Main not is set up as Complete Alteryx Server.  Our secondary is only set to worker.

May i ask more about your server setup first ?

Are all of the component (Gallery, Controller, worker) active in the Main Node and second node is only worker  ?
