Find Replace Tool 'Invalid Fields'

Hello- I am doing one of those challenge as a way to prepare for the core exam. One of the problems has this data set in screenshot below. And then I am trying to use find and replace to parse the data. Do you guys know why it shows no valid field for both find value and replace column? Thank you!

It looks like your Find & Replace tool isn't correctly configured. I suggest having a look at the example workflow to understand how to configure the tool, and the solution will probably become apparent to you. You can access as follows:
