Survival Analysis: Error in output

I am getting this error in my output:

Survival Score (28) Tool #4: Error in summary(survfit(model_obj, newdata = rel_data), rmean = 365) :

This error happens when I increase my sample. The model appears to work with a few records but when I increase the number of records it errors out. I have no null values in my data set.

Any thoughts as to why this is happening?

@HA_md When you are working with your data and the Predictive tools, it is imperative that you use the Data Investigation tools to make sure that your data is cleaning. This includes null values, but would also include blanks and special characters in your data. One you have identified problem areas in your data, you can use Alteryx to clean up the data and have a smooth transition into the Predictive Tools.
