Filtering on Multiple Columns

Question

Hi! I am attempting to filter on two columns for values that are null.

The below custom filter does not work.

Please help!

IsNull([Rehire/Hire Date])
AND
IsNull[Termination Date (IA)]

Maybe you're missing parenthesis:

IsNull([Rehire/Hire Date])
AND
IsNull([Termination Date (IA)])
