Increase font size Configuration Window

Is these a way to increase font size on the configuration window (v. 2019.1)?

Attempted failed solutions:

1. Change User Settings > Canvas Settings > Annotation Settings > Font from 8.25 to 13.0
2. Investigate and change User Settings > Localization > Default System Front to several fonts other than 'Arial' but this did not affect the configuration window
3. Change file Alteryx > bin > RuntimeData > DefaultSettings.xml property GlobalSettings > Ann Font > size to "13.0", but again this did not affect configuration window

I'm not aware of a setting that will adjust that font size. I can only suggest exploring the Windows feature for visual scaling:
