View Existing Database Connections

I've been tasked with setting up a new db connection. It is on an AWS server. The Setup wizard is asking the standard info. Server, port, etc. It would be a great help to me if I could see this info on my DB connections that are already set up. Is there a way to view existing server, port, and databse info? Thanks!
