Delete the negative numbers and convert numbers to string

Hi,
anyone that can help me with a little flow that shall first delete the negative numbers and the 0 (0 and less to be exact) then I want the remaning numbers to be converted to the string "yes".

I have attached and excel file with both negative and positiv numbers in the column called "Stock"

You'll first want to use a SELECT tool and modify or ensure that the STOCK field is a STRING or V_String.

IIF(ToNumber([Stock]) <=0,Null(),"yes")
