Access Shared Folder on a distant Server

Question

Hello Community,

I created a workflow that copy the outputfiles on a distant server. I configured the workflow with an UNC path (distant server not the same as alteryx) and add access to the  technical user : user1 who is the same user in the Run As.

This user1 could access the shared folder but when launching the workflow from the server i am getting this error : Cannot access the folder \output\. (Tool Id: 5)

Any idea please?

Where did you configure the "Run As" credentials? Keep in mind that the Server has separate credential management from Designer. Here's the documentation link for server "Run As":
