Access denied error in Alteryx Gallery

Question

Hi experts,

I have a problem that run the workflow in gallery.

First, i run the macro and save the results based on output path i set. So i have taken the Change entire file path from the field.

Then, i also saved all including the output path when i saved to gallery.

But when i run the workflow in the gallery, it said access denied.

So may i know why i have this error? i have set to UNC path...

Hi, could you let me know how the issue was resolved. Currently I am facing the same issue, some users when running the flow are getting this error whereas when the run a different flow which has the same output tool then it does not fail

Hello @carol_wu, to build on what @kat said, you'll want to talk to your Gallery administrator to make sure that the Run As account has access to that fileshare location. Alternatively, you can set the credentials when you upload the workflow (see below). If you do not have that option, you'll need to talk to your Gallery admin.
